Peach Grilled Cheese
Makes 2 sandwiches
- 4 slices of rustic bread (I used a sourdough loaf)
- 2 very ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- 4-6 ounces Gruyere cheese, sliced
- Handful of arugula
- Butter
